Shipping

Processing time

Orders ship within 3–5 business days. You'll get an order confirmation right away and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your label is printed.

Domestic (US)

USPS or UPS Ground. Delivery typically 2–7 business days after ship date. Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International

We ship worldwide. Delivery typically 7–21 business days after ship date depending on destination and local customs. You are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes levied by your country. Half Audio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

If your package is marked delivered but didn't arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@halfaudio.com within 14 days of the tracked delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the damage if applicable. We'll file a claim with the carrier and work with you on a replacement or refund.

Returns

Half Audio is a small independent brand. Our decks and hardware are produced in limited runs, so we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer's remorse.

How to report a defect

Email support@halfaudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the defect. If the claim is verified, we'll ship a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and before it ships. Once an order is in transit, it can't be cancelled.
