Welcome to Half Audio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of halfaudio.com (the "Site") and any products or services offered by Half LLC ("Half Audio," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on halfaudio.com, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement. Minors may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@halfaudio.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, finishes, or other details are error-free. Colors may appear differently on different screens. All products are made in limited runs and may sell out without notice.
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time before an order is placed. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you with the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel your order.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
Your submission of an order does not constitute our acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions.
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping fees.
Shipping and return terms are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content on the Site — including but not limited to product designs, graphics, logos, text, photographs, videos, and the "Half Audio," "Half," and "RAISED" names and marks — is the property of Half LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
If you submit content to the Site (including product reviews, photos, comments, or social media tags), you grant Half Audio a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with our business.
You represent that any content you submit is your original work, does not infringe on any third-party rights, and is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harassing.

HALF AUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HALF LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR ANY PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Half LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@halfaudio.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the matter within 60 days, either party may proceed with formal legal action in accordance with Section 13.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Half Audio regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
